Graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992, Noel served 7 years as a Captain and pilot in the US Army. During this time he served and resided in Italy and had various assignments including the Pentagon. Following a successful military career, Noel worked in Corporate America as a manager in Business Intelligence for a large, international consumer electronics company.
Noel then started his own company and grew it to an 18-location, 200-employee company. As CEO of this consumer service company, he daily conducted negotiation, sales, marketing, research, analysis, and customer service, all traits that are also vital to the successful, modern real estate professional.
In real estate, Noel serves as both a listing agent and buyer’s agent. As a listing agent, Noel earned his clients an extra 3.6% for the sale of their homes. He averaged 99.7% sold price to the original asking price for his sellers, compared to the market average of 96.1%. His average home was on the market for just 6 days compared to the Knoxville market median of 19 days.
