Well, I don’t think I have enough space here for all the positive things that I have to say about Krista. In our particular case, the process took longer than expected. She was very patient, helpful, and available. I honestly think she is a fantastic person to tour houses with because she gives honest advice but at the same time reminds you of the big picture/plan (which is something we discussed in the beginning). She went above and beyond I would say in a consistent basis, communication was super easy and smooth. We could not be happier in our new home. I 100% recommend her to anyone else and I am hoping that I can work with her in the future if the need arises.
Brian was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process! We were able to successfully buy a home from a few states away with his expertise. He does wonderful video tours if you need to see a home from a distance. Bonus, he is also very funny!

Krista had patience and the will to continue to work with us and make us believe that she was going to find us our dream home and she did. My wife and I actually moved up here before we even had our home because we trusted her that much. Tori was invaluable in helping us find the right lot at the right price on which to build our future home! Since we were out of state, Tori was eager to provide necessary and important considerations specific to the Knoxville area and guided us to submit a solid offer which was immediately accepted. Afterward, Tori initiated conversations and meetings with prospective builders, surveyors and other site professionals, and made sure we stayed on track for closing. She kept us in the loop continually and made helpful recommendations for each question or concern we had. Tori was a joy to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about Brian! Replied to every “crazy” text in a timely manner. When he said he would do something, he did it. And most importantly, I genuinely felt like he had MY BEST INTEREST AT HEART…it was about finding out what was right and best for me…not about the sale. Wow. You will not regret working with him!!
Krista is the best realtor we have ever worked with! She was extremely kind, articulate and punctual throughout the sale of our home in Tennessee. We had a very tight time crunch with a baby on the way and Krista made sure everything was taken care of and as stress free as a move can be. From working with our realtor in Colorado to negotiating with buyers Krista is a pro and got us exactly what we needed out of our home and ensuring the sale went through without a hiccup. Connie is a seasoned real estate professional, easy to talk with and very thorough. With her extensive knowledge of the area, she was able to provide us with many useful resources in the surrounding areas; health care, hiking trails, volunteer opportunities, shopping, entertainment etc. We highly recommend Connie for your real estate needs, buying or selling.
This was the second property that Connie has sold for us. The first experience was the cause of me calling her for the second. Once we agreed on a selling price and the listing went live, the showings were daily and we had a contract in 7 days. Although we had multiple offers, through Connie's advice and negotiation expertise, we decided on the first. I'm not certain of everything she does behind the scenes, but I will offer that it must be plenty, and I would want Connie to sell my next property too.

Actually 6 stars for Ms McNamara. She exceeded my expectations, so a Bonus Star. I don't have any words more important than that. I needed a realtor to be professional, knowledgeable and absolutely truthful. Being an anxious person in general, I needed quick and accurate responses. Ms McNamara always responded very quickly and seemed to have a calming effect on me. Extraordinary! She's my realtor going forward and I don't know why she wouldn't be everyones realtor.
